-
Subscribers (employees) can book unlimited classes with their allocated monthly credits. Tutors are responsible for setting their own pricing for classes and sessions.
-
Tutors will receive payment for completed classes, minus a 15% + VAT service fee. Payments are processed automatically after the class is completed.
5. Personal Data
Collection and Use By using Trills, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect and store your data to improve the user experience, process bookings, and communicate with you.

8. Tutor Payment and Fees
-
Tutors can list their classes and set their rates. Once a class is completed, Trills will transfer payment, minus a 15% + VAT service charge.
-
Tutors should ensure that they meet all local regulations and standards for their teaching.
9. Cancellations
-
Class cancellations: Tutors have the right to set their own cancellation policies. Cancellations within the specified window will result in credit refunds. Outside the cancellation window, credits are forfeited.
-
Subscription cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but payments made are non-refundable. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
10. Refunds
Unused credits roll over to the next month but must be used within three months of issuance. If a course exceeds your credit allowance, you can top up the difference using another payment method.
11. Tutors on Trills
-
Joining as a tutor is free. Tutors can list any number of classes and are responsible for setting their own session rates.
-
Tutors must comply with their own terms and conditions, which should be clearly outlined to students prior to booking.
12. Course Availability
Courses and class availability depend on tutor settings and class capacity. Subscribers can book multiple seats for a class if there are available spots and if credits allow.
13. Payment Model
Trills operates on a monthly subscription model, with employers paying for employee credits. Tutors are paid after a session, with a 15% + VAT service charge deducted by Trills.
14. Tutor Conduct
Tutors must maintain a high standard of professionalism and comply with applicable laws regarding teaching practices. Tutors are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their students.
15. Age Restrictions
Tutors may set their own age restrictions for their classes. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to check these restrictions before booking, particularly for children’s activities.
